Millicent Weber researches book culture in the twenty-first century: how, why, and to what effect, people make and read books. Millicent has a particular interest in the relationship between technology and book culture. Her current research project, Audiobooks and Digital Book Culture, investigates the production, reception and cultural status of audiobooks. She is a Senior Lecturer and DECRA Fellow in English at the Australian National University.
